Pants. Length and color.
Shorts are a must-have for the warm season. Delightfully fitting for days full of sunshine on the coast, they should be made of natural fabrics so they let your skin breathe. Lengthwise, shorts should preferably reach just above the knees, but men with beautiful legs can also use shorter, retro-style models. Chromatically, you may opt for unicolor varieties in tones of white, green, light blue and yellow, while prints can use floral and geometric patterns. Neutral colors should not be overlooked either, as they are easily matched. However, you should wear your shorts in carefully chosen combinations, so your outfit is not dull.
Don't forget to pack a pair or two of chinos. They're ideal for walks on cooler nights, and they can be successfully worn at dinner in all restaurants, with a short sleeved T-shirt or a shirt. Be advised that some restaurants have dress codes that require guests to wear a jacket, so I recommend that you pack one, either the classic blazer or a jacket that is not made of flax.

I don't recommend leaving your shirts behind even on vacation, especially if you plan on spending it at the seaside. I suggest that you take with you several shirts in pastel colors such as light blue, green, pink, lilac, yellow or orange. They can be worn with shorts at the beach. For evening wear, I recommend shirts in bright colors or microprint shirts. They will give you a relaxed look and will accentuate your tanned skin.
Loafers or sneakers?
Let's get something clear from the start: flip-flops can only be used at the beach or at the pool and nowhere else. For all other situations, you can use sneakers, for sport/casual wear, and loafers, for a slightly more elegant outfit. Try the French Bensimon sneakers, worn by celebrities not only for their cool looks, but also for the extraordinary comfort they provide even after a long walk on a hot day.
