Ministerul Finanțelor va modifica prevederile din Codul Fiscal care obligă persoanele fără venituri să plătească o contribuție la sistemul public de sănătate, iar această contribuție va deveni opțională, a anunțat Gabriel Biriș, secretar de stat în Ministerul Finanțelor.
'Lucrăm în acest moment la modificarea prevederilor din Codul Fiscal care au creat aceste probleme. Probabil se va merge pe o soluție de asigurare opțională, pentru că să nu uităm că nu vorbim de impozitare, ci de o plată pentru contribuția la asigurări de sănătate, ceea ce implică asigurarea în sistemul public de sănătate. Nu este un impozit, ci este o asigurare', a afirmat Biriș, în cadrul conferinței TaxEU.
Comparativ cu luna anterioară, în decembrie 2015, depozitele în bănci au crescut cu 6,8%, tot pe seama componentei în lei pentru persoane juridice, unde s-a consemnat un avans lunar de 18%.
Valoarea depozitelor constituite în bănci de populație și firme a crescut, în 2015, cu 8,6% față de finalul anului 2014, până la nivelul de 253,5 miliarde echivalent lei, în special pe seama avansului cu 14% a economiilor constituite în lei de către companii, reiese din datele publicate miercuri de Banca Națională a României (BNR).
